We make every effort to accomodate our customer's needs. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us before you ship the item back. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Defective goods and shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise that is not defective.
All return shipments must be shipped back to us at customers expense before credit can be applied. If an order is express shipped or air shipped there will not be a refund on the extra shipping.
